Introducing the Tallest Residential Building in Ghana
Based in Ghana's capital city of Accra, Villaggio Vista is a complex of three beautiful residential structures that overlook a central garden. Each of these luxury apartment buildings are wrapped in a distinctive Kente inspired ‘skin’ with breathtaking views of the city including the Tetteh Quarshie Interchange.
The complex is made up of four buildings ranging from 7 to 30 floors with 146 apartment units, office space, and retail accommodation. The building with 30 floors is currently the tallest residential building in Ghana.
Its a new housing prototype for Ghana’s emerging middle-class that features private pools, on-site convenience stores, restaurants, and a unique rooftop terrace with a bar. It was designed for residents to enjoy relaxation, a quiet atmosphere, and rich culture.
The location is perfect too - just 9 kilometers (about 5.5 miles) from Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and about 8 kilometers (about 5 miles) from Kotoka International Airport.
The architect, a London-based firm called AHMM, have designed and delivered a number of tall buildings all over the world. They are an award-winning architect firm that have been recognized countless times for their unique building designs.
